Returns: Products can be returned within 30 days of the order/purchase date. Some items may incur a 15% restocking fee. Returns/Exchanges must be; new, clean, unworn, unused, tags attached/in original packaging/shoe box. Returns and exchanges require the original receipt. Canoes; Kayaks, Bikes, Rack Systems, Components, Fly fishing reels that have been spooled with backing & Cargo Boxes are final sale, no refunds or exchange on these items. The customer is responsible for return shipping and must include a copy of the packing slip and or original receipt. No returns after 30 days and no returns on Clearance Items
